Wine three in one: Climate, Land and Life

Wine is the great jewel of the land that encompasses this territory from Castel del Monte to Ruvo di Puglia. We are in Murgia, Bari: A hillside area that stretches from 250 to 450 meters in altitude, characterized by a typical Mediterranean climate year round and rich in clay soil in which vines like these were transplanted: “Bombino Bianco”, “Greco”, and “Garganica” (“Pampanuto”).

These vines reap white, neutral, and fragrant wines; well structured, with good acidic content. Such charateristics allow them to have a fragrance and long conservation period. The “Bombino Nero” is an excellent and unsurpassed base in achieving rosè wine of refined structure and elegance. It’s among the best rosè wines of the world. The “Nero di Troia”, the “Sangiovese” and the “Bombino Nero” are indespensible vines in achieving full bodied, balanced, and soothing red wine.

Finally, we have “The Moscato Bianco” and the “Moscatello”. These are typical aromatic wines which are excellent bases for Italian champagnes that have a big success in both the national and international markets.
